Phife Dawg has passed away at the age of 45
Earlier today multiple resources have confirmed that Phife Dawg, member of legendary A Tribe Called Quest trio, has passed away at the age of 45. We don’t know what the cause of death was, but considering he’s been fighting Type 1 diabetes for over 25 years, we can speculate he might’ve finally lost the battle. Multiple celebrities, including other hip-hop legends like Chuck D, took it to twitter to give a tribute to the iconic rapper. Mac Miller even released a tribute titled “5 Foot Assassin” hours after first reports of Phife’s death.
